Privacy policy

WhatsCleaning is an informational website. We have no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter and nothing for sale — so we collect very little, and this policy is short.

What we collect

• Anonymous usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are read. It is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors.
• Email you send us. If you email hello@whatscleaning.com, we receive your address and message. We use them only to reply, and we never add you to a list or share your details.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability, as almost every website does.

What we don’t do

• No advertising or tracking cookies.
• No selling, renting or sharing of personal data.
• No profiling and no marketing communications.
• No collection of data from the tools — stain, cost and fabric selections happen in your browser and are not sent to us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you (usually: none, or a single email thread), and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@whatscleaning.com and we will sort it out.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes would be noted on this page.
